Payment Information for Ayahuasca Retreat Registration

Deposit or Full Payment :

There are two payment amount options to secure your spot at Kawsay Ayahuasca Retreat.

$800.00 deposit with the ability to make monthly payments. We offer a flexible payment plan which allows you to pay for the retreat in monthly installments up until 42 days before the retreat begins.
- You will receive your registration email which will outline the dates of your remaining payments.
- Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the due date of each payment.
- There will be a payment link in the registration email which you can choose to pay the remaining balance total of the retreat if this is convenient for you.
Full Payment of the total price of the retreat upon your booking. It is important to note that if you are booking your retreat within 42 days before the beginning of the retreat, the total payment price of the retreat is required at the time of registration.

Alternatively, you may choose to make a direct bank transfer into the Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. bank account, which can save you the 3% credit card charge fee.

Payment Terms *	I understand that if I chose to the option of a $800 and the monthly payment plan required to confirm my booking. I understand that my credit card on file will be automatically charged on the due date of the monthly installments until the retreat is paid in full 42 days before the beginning date of the retreat I booked. I understand that the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 42 days prior to the beginning date of the retreat I booked to guarantee my space. If the balance of the retreat I chose is not settled by 42 days before the beginning date of the retreat, Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. will automatically charge the outstanding balance to the credit card provided at the time of the deposit for booking for the retreat, 42 days which is 6 weeks prior to the start of my retreat.
Health & Medical Disclosure *	I hereby acknowledge and confirm that: I have thoroughly read and understood the dietary restrictions and protocols of Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. before signing up for the retreat. I am aware that the Ayahuasca tea contains MAOI inhibitors, specifically harmine and harmaline. It is my responsibility to consult with my doctor or pharmacist to determine if there are any potential interactions between these MAOI inhibitors and any medications I am currently taking or plan to take. I will adhere to the advice and protocols provided by my doctor or pharmacist regarding the abstinence and weaning off of any medications that may interact with the MAOI inhibitors. I will fully disclose all medications I am taking and any health conditions I have in the subsequent Secondary Questions section after this initial registration. I commit to abstaining from any conflicting medications for the appropriate duration as advised by my healthcare professional before the commencement of the retreat. Travel Insurance Recommended *	I understand that Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. strongly recommends flight and travel insurance to cover all contingencies and nonrefundable deposits and expenses.
Travel Scheduling *	I understand that the beginning of the retreat begins at noon on the first scheduled day of the retreat. I also understand that the retreat in the jungle usually ends around noon on the last day of the retreat and can sometimes last until 1 p.m. I will not be back to Iquitos until around 3 p.m. or later. Therefore all travel arrangements for flights will have to be preferably in the evening or afterward. I understand that Kawsay Retreats E.I.R.L. recommends airline travel arrangements to be made for at least one day after the end of the retreat to avoid any travel complications. If complications do arise, I release Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. of all liability of travel complications due to improper travel scheduling.
Cancelation Terms *	I understand that if I cancel my registration more than 8 weeks prior to the start of my retreat, I may transfer to a different retreat or transfer my payment to personal credit to be used for a future retreat in the next 2 years. I understand that I will not receive a refund. I understand that if I cancel my registration within 8 weeks of the start of my retreat, I may only transfer to a different retreat or transfer my payment to personal credit to be used for a future retreat in the next 2 years if Kawsay Retreat E.I.R.L. can fill my place in the retreat. I understand that I will not receive a refund.
